Don’s responsibility includes the management of AcquireWeb’s production team charged with executing adhoc data projects for the AcquireAudience and AcquireInsight solutions as well as overseeing the companies Data Compilation and Quality Control Assurance for all data assets and outbound products. Don’s team has developed the standardized processes and automation to optimize fulfillment of projects through AcquireWeb. Since 2007, Don has successfully led a team that has increased fulfillment of projects by 10-fold and the number of client/customer impressions by 20-fold. Don also previously held the role of CTO where he managed a team of developers focused on creating the products that delivered custom marketing solutions.
Don has worked in the Direct Marketing industry since 1982, spending 18 years with R.L. Polk in various positions within IT and Marketing. His primary responsibilities included the building of data solutions that used advanced technology to facilitate audience identification and program execution. Throughout his tenure, he’s been the architect in the development of solutions for Direct Mail, Targeted Email and Business Intelligence for mainstream and proprietary use. Don is known throughout our industry as a Data Scientist.
Don’s been involved in numerous professional organizations including the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), American Marketing Association (AMA), Product Development Management Association (PDMA), and Computer Corporation of America.
Don is married with two daughters and a grandchild and resides in Michigan. An avid outdoorsman, Don sits on multiple boards in his home state where his focus is on giving back to his community.
